- Upright bushy shrub, rounded with many branchlets
- Leaves are bright green and shiny with pointed tips, the underside
is dull with many stomata and minute hairs near the base (10-20
mm x 3-6 mm)
- Mauve flowers on branched, lateral flowerheads (30-40 mm long)
with many flowers on them
