  • Montane to alpine, stream sides, damp, shady places
  • From 700 to 1400 metres above sea level
Description:
  • Tussock like plant with large (500 mm-2m x 20-40 mm) silvery leaves, leaves covered in scales that form a while fur
  • Strong, sweet scented flowers, flowering from November to January
  • Red berries, 8 mm across
