  • Lowland forests
Description:
  • A climbing liane with twining, twisting, flexible stems that hang in loops between the trees, that makes travelling through the forest difficult
  • Once the liane reaches the canopy and light it produces leaves, opposite, green with smooth margins (5-16cm x 2-6cm)
  • Small (10mm) grey-green bisexual flowers
  • Clusters of round bright red berries, 8mm diameter
