Where found:

  • Generally only found in sedimentary hill country on banks
  • Up to 800 metres
Description:
  • An erect shrub with spreading leaves and reddish-brown branches
  • Pale green leaves (35-100mm x 7-12mm) have finely serrated margins
  • The flowers, which are quite large for the plant, are white/pale pink and occur crowded on short stalks on panicles 5-10cm long, flowering during April and May
